Our Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled prior to the shipping of the item, but a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Once the product is shipped the order cannot be cancelled.

Pre-order Policy

  • Pre Orders can be cancelled prior to the shipping of the item, but a 20% fee will be applied. Once the product is shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
  • We charge this fee due to the costs we're charged by our payment provider and our platform when an order is cancelled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We use third-party shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Risk of loss and damage will pass onto the Buyer when the product is accepted by the shipping carrier. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to have an order delivered to a secure location to try and mitigate package theft. We are not liable for package theft and damage in transit. If theft or damage does occur, it will be the responsibility of the Buyer to try and work with the shipping carrier to resolve any and all issues.

Exchanges
Please note that there will be no exchanges for any sealed or unsealed products. All products are final sale.

Refunds

There will be no refunds on any products sealed or unsealed products.

  • We do not accept returns on any Trading Card Games. This includes sealed and singles Once purchased, please understand that there will be no refunds. No exceptions unless otherwise specifically stated for the product Cancellation fee is 20% of the order total, including taxes.
  • (Non-Sealed)Supplies such as sleeves, binder, chopsticks, coins, and deck boxes can be returned within 14 days of being received. We will charge a 20% fee of the order total as well as the cost of shipment for your product, and the you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to TitanGoliath Cards Inc.
  • We charge this fee due to the costs we are charged by our payment provider and our platform as well as a restocking fee when an order is cancelled.
  • If we make a mistake on sending you an order, we will send you a return label to return the product.
